This facility can be availed by the borrowers to meet their personal/business needs. The customer will enjoy the liquidity at a low interest rate without having to sell the shares. |

Loans are extended to the individuals/firms /Companies as against the list of approved shares by Everest Bank Ltd. |

| Nature of Facility and Purpose |
Demand Loan/ Overdraft facility shall be extended to the borrowers for meeting their personal/business needs. |

50% to be maintained on the lowest market value of the share during the month prior to allowing the advance |
