NTC Postpaid Bill Payment

Monthly bill payment is the NTC Post paid bill payment. Where the customer can make monthly bill payment of NTC post paid phone through SMS. The payment can be made from any where at any time.

How to Apply for NTC Post Paid Monthly Bill Payment through SMS?

• To register the application form, EBL Saving Account Holders and Saving Premium Account Holders have to fill up the registration form available at any EBL branches. (This form can also be downloaded from EBL web page at  http://www.everestbankltd.com )
• Once this form is filled up with complete information, the account holder has to submit the application form at the customer service department of the concerned branch.

Procedure to Receive Permanent PIN Code

• Once the application form is received at the branch office, after few day the customer will receive the confirmation of registration and four digit pin code (example 1696) in the mobile. This four digit code is a permanent pin code.

Procedure to make payment of Postpaid Bill through SMS

Step 1:-    Mobile holder has to Type Postpaid <Amount> and sent message at 5677
Step 2:-    The mobile holder will receive the message from 5677
                  To pay via <Bank> - A/c send <ABC> PAY (YOUR PIN).
Step 3:-     The Mobile holder has to type PAY <ABC>1234
Step 4:-    New Message will receive in the Mobile Set containing
                  Payment Successful! Rs. XXX has been debited from your account. Transaction ID 9039477747. Please delete your Pin from Sent Item.

Note: In the above example

• < > means space
• ABC is the Temporary Pin Code (Valid for 3 Minutes Only)
• 1234 is the Permanent Pin Code.

• No SMS charge is applicable (free SMS to 5677)
• NPR 12/- is charged for post paid bill payment only.
• Minimum NPR 300/- is required to make the bill payment
